Qualifications:
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Mechanic to join our team.
- Experience in High End Residential in NYC.
- Vast knowledge in residential Plumbing, Heating, Sprinklers and Gas Pipe.
- Knowledge and up to date on NYC Codes.
- Knowledge of Con Edison Requirements.
- Ability to work as a foreman.
- Ability to read and understand plans.
- 40 NYC SST - OSHA
- Write and Speak English.
- Conduct pipe threading and fitting tasks
- Work on construction sites to support equipment needs
