Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our gravel crushing team. This role involves operating heavy machinery and performing various labor tasks on multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction equipment, mechanical systems, and a strong work ethic to support project completion efficiently and safely. Willing to train the right candidate.

Duties

Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, skid steers, excavators, cranes, and off road dump trucks
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safety and functionality
Support gravel activities such as moving materials and site cleanup
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

Construction site experience is highly preferred
Experience operating bulldozers (dozer), loaders, skid steers, excavators, and other heavy equipment
Familiarity with Komatsu machinery and front end loaders
Experience with dump trucks
Prior work involving construction projects or industrial sites is desirable

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
