Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Field Superintendent to lead Fire Sprinkler projects from beginning to completion. This role involves overseeing on-site operations, managing construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills and be able to effectively communicate with technicians and general contractors. As a key leader on the project site, you will coordinate with multiple people to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Duties

Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints.
Coordinate with project managers and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Manage project scheduling.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, and construction drawings accurately for proper execution of work.
Lead supervision of field crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as Fire Sprinkler installation and/ repairs.
Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and project records.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies;
Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met through regular site inspections.

Experience

Proven management experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and implementing safety programs effectively.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Experience supervising diverse teams while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
Background in budgeting and project scheduling.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
