Valid Drivers license

Summary:

Join B&H Heating & Air as a Service Technician earning up t o $100k annually! In this role, you’ll perform diagnostic screenings, handle residential and commercial HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring customers stay comfortable year-round.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Being bilingual is a plus, and you should be dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to provide top-notch service to diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Services

New system design and installation
Heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless systems
Indoor air quality solutions including filtration, purification, and humidity control
Energy-efficient upgrades and smart thermostat integration
Preventive maintenance plans and fast, reliable repairs

Commercial Services

System design and installation for offices, retail, restaurants, and industrial spaces
Rooftop units, split systems, VRF/VRV, boilers, and chillers
Customized maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Energy management solutions for cost savings and efficiency
24/7 emergency service for critical operations
