Position: Journeyman Electrician

Job Type: Full‑Time
Location: Shenandoah Valley & Central Virginia
Pay: Competitive, based on experience + overtime opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional after‑hours as needed

What You’ll Do

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades in commercial and light industrial environments
Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions
Install and service panels, breakers, circuits, motors, controls, and equipment wiring
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and job specifications
Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia)
3–5+ years of electrical experience preferred
Strong understanding of NEC and commercial electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
