Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
Perform plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems, ensuring proper water flow and drainage.
Operate welding tools and perform equipment repair tasks to restore functionality efficiently.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to facilitate accurate troubleshooting and installation.
Assist with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair, mechanical system adjustments, and general building upkeep.
Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems, refrigeration, plumbing, or related mechanical fields.
Knowledge of HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units and related equipment.
Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair, welding, and boiler maintenance.
Familiarity with field service procedures for property maintenance and appliance repair.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.
Hands-on experience with Ohmmeters or other diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by construction skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments.
