Ace Rental Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support a diverse portfolio of residential properties. This role services a mix of single-family homes and small multifamily communities, offering a dynamic work environment with varied daily responsibilities.

We’re looking for a well-rounded professional with strong HVAC expertise and the ability to handle a broad range of maintenance tasks independently and with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and general maintenance issues across multiple property types

Complete routine and preventative maintenance for both single-family homes and multifamily units

Perform general repairs including painting, trim work, drywall, and minor carpentry

Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks as needed

Travel between properties as required to complete work orders

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace

Requirements:

HVAC certification required (EPA certification preferred)

Proven experience in HVAC service and repair

Strong general maintenance skills (painting, trim work, basic repairs, etc.)

Ability to work independently across multiple locations

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in both single-family and multifamily environments

Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems

HVAC installation experience (a plus)
