We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with 10+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled in both rough and finish carpentry. This role requires someone who can work independently, read and follow plans, and collaborate effectively with project managers and crew members on active job sites.

Responsibilities:

Perform finish carpentry including trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and detailed woodwork

Perform rough carpentry including framing, structural work, and formwork as needed

Read and follow project plans, drawings, and instructions

Work collaboratively with project managers, team members, and other trades

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Ensure all work meets company standards and project timelines

Qualifications:

10+ years of carpentry experience

Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment

Reliable, professional, and punctual

Preferred:

Experience on residential and commercial projects in NYC or Long Island

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with project managers
