Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and practical experience to ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layouts and specifications.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Perform equipment repairs using various tools and techniques, including welding when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
Collaborate with other technicians in the field to complete larger projects efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the construction or property maintenance field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC design, plumbing, refrigeration, and appliance repair. .
Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical components.
Previous field service experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to work independently in various environments.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $23.65 - $35.00 per hour
