Safety Surfaces and Coatings, LLC, installs thermoplastic rubber surfacing and coatings, around pool decks, walkways, splash pads, zero entry pools, playgrounds, and other areas.

We are looking to hire individuals who:

Have experience using a trowel to finish concrete, plaster pools, masonry. *Experience with rubber surfacing a plus.
Are Willing/Motivated to learn and grow.
Responsible, Hardworking, Dependable, Honest, Trustworthy
Has a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail.
Able and willing to travel out of state.

We are looking for someone who has construction background, masonry experience or installing tile or other types of flooring. We are willing to train the right person.

We do travel throughout the United States. Most projects take 3-5 days to complete. Some larger projects may take multiple weeks to complete. Travel is required for installations in the United States. There will be times when we travel from one job to the next. We try to schedule jobs to be done Monday - Friday. We will provide Airfare, Lodging, and meals while traveling. 90% of work is completed outdoors in warm and hot weather.

Work will be part time to start. Our busy season runs from April through October. Our goal is for this to turn into full time position and for the right person to grow with our company. Some warehouse work may be available during days without installation work.

Compensation:
Concrete Finisher or Troweling Experience: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depends on experience)

*Travel Expenses Paid for Out-of-State Work (Lodging, Airfare, Meals)

*Travel days when we fly or drive without working for the day, we pay $200.00 per travel day.

Requirements:

Have a valid driver’s license/Social Security Card
Speak/Understand some English, we will find a way to communicate if English is limited.
Be willing to travel
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
