O’Donnell and Son Heating and Cooling Inc is looking for an experienced HVAC Service/Install Technician to join our team. This is hands-on work installing residential and light commercial systems, from custom homes to rooftop and VRF systems. All work is local to the South Shore—no long commutes into Boston. Key Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
Work on ductwork, hydronics, mini-splits, traditional splits, VRF, and rooftop units
Work with team members to get jobs done on time and done right
Read and follow blueprints and job specs
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Communicate clearly with customers and crew
Use tools and equipment properly
Follow safety rules and local HVAC codes

Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC install experience preferred
Experience with residential and light commercial systems
Familiar with hydronics, ductwork, VRF, rooftop units, and split systems
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player who can also work independently
High school diploma or GED preferred
Licenses/certifications (sheet metal, plumbing, refrigeration) a plus, not required
Valid driver’s license

Full-Time

Monday to Friday

Overtime opportunities if desired

Location:

Onsite throughout the greater service area based in the company's home region

No routine long-distance travel expected

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
