Woodworker / Instructor (Part-Time to Full-Time)

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated woodworker to join our shop. This role is a mix of hands-on custom woodworking and teaching woodworking workshops, so we’re looking for someone who not only builds great work, but enjoys sharing their knowledge with others.

What You’ll Do

Build and assist with custom woodworking projects
Help prep materials, tools, and space for projects and classes
Teach and assist in woodworking workshops
Work with clients and students in a friendly, professional way
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

What We’re Looking For

Solid woodworking experience (professional or serious hobbyist)
Ability to execute custom work with attention to detail
Comfortable using a range of tools and machinery
Strong communication skills — teaching experience is a big plus
Reliable, self-directed, and able to problem-solve in the shop
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

Part-time to full-time, depending on fit
Must be flexible
Availability for:
A few evenings per week
A few weekend days per month
