Job Summary
We are a professional utility locating company with an established plumbing division specializing in gas line installation, relocation, and infrastructure work. Our team works on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects, ensuring safety, code compliance, and high-quality craftsmanship. We also will partake in residential work for all other interior and exterior plumbing fixtures.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced plumber with strong expertise in gas piping to join our growing team.

The Plumber will be responsible for the installation, relocation, remodeling, repair, and maintenance of gas lines and related systems. This role requires extensive knowledge of gas piping, gas meters, line threading, and system testing, along with a solid foundation in general plumbing principles.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, code-compliant, detail-oriented, and confident working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Extensive experience with:
Gas line relocation
Gas line remodeling
Gas meter installation
Gas pipe installation and repair
Gas pipe threading
Strong understanding of gas codes and safety regulations
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Use hand tools and power tools such as pipe threaders, wrenches, drills, and welders to complete tasks efficiently.
Perform pipe threading, fitting, and soldering to ensure secure connections and leak-free systems.
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines and safety protocols.
Conduct inspections of plumbing installations to verify compliance with building codes and specifications.
Assist with remodeling projects by removing old fixtures and installing new plumbing components as needed.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction plumbing practices and techniques.
Experience with welding, pipe threading, and working with schematics or technical diagrams.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely.
Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret schematics for complex plumbing layouts.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during installation.

Pay: $30.00 - $47.00 per hour
