Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be comfortable working on construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Perform trim carpentry tasks including the installation of moldings and baseboards.
Assemble and install cabinets, doors, windows, and other wooden fixtures.
Lay tile and perform metal stud framing as needed for various projects.
Execute construction painting tasks to ensure finishes meet project specifications.
Install siding and drywall as part of building or renovation projects.
Engage in concrete forming for foundations or other structural elements.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades on-site to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Experience

Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is essential.
Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques and practices.
Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols.
Skills in tile laying, metal stud framing, siding installation, drywall hanging, and concrete forming are highly desirable.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
