What You’ll Do:

As a Low Voltage Technician, you’ll take the lead on projects, manage crews, and ensure top-quality installations for our clients. Your role will include:

Installing, terminating, and testing low voltage systems (voice, data, cable TV, fire alarm, access control, etc.)
Leading crews and coordinating tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards
Communicating effectively with clients, management, and team members
Documenting work and updating project statuses using intermediate computer skills
Practicing safety 24/7 and maintaining clean, organized job sites

What You Bring:

We’re looking for a skilled professional ready to take ownership of projects and deliver exceptional results. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

5+ years of experience with low voltage systems (Fire alarm experience required)
A current Power Limited Technician License (highly preferred)
Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) experience (highly preferred)
Lead or supervisory experience (highly preferred)
Experience in new construction - commercial and/or wood frame (preferred)
Intermediate-level computer skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Dependable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including construction sites
Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms
