Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and diagnosing plumbing issues. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on commercial and residential construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and troubleshooting mechanical issues as needed.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Valid license as a professional plumber with relevant state or local licensing requirements fulfilled.
Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and maintenance of complex systems.
Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings related to plumbing and mechanical systems.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on busy construction sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus. Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
