Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate remodeling projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a vital member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in management and project scheduling to drive success across multiple initiatives. Your leadership will ensure seamless collaboration among customers, contractors, and internal teams, fostering a proactive and results-driven environment.

Duties

Develop comprehensive plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as 2020
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met accurately through blueprint reading and schematics review.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules with tools like lead perfection and google calendar to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
Manage contracts and change orders efficiently, maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project plans.
Utilize project management software to track milestones, prepare reports, and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in remodeling management with a strong background in project coordination
Proficiency in communication
Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction site experience.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of contracts management and legal considerations within the remodeling industry.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Drivers license a must.
