Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and supervision of subcontractors and labor crews.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols across the job site to maintain a safe working environment.
Oversee project scheduling using QuickBase construction management software to meet deadlines and milestones.
Review construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution of work.
Coordinate procurement, review contracts, and manage change orders to keep projects within scope and budget.
Conduct quality control inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project specifications.
Lead daily site meetings, supervise onsite personnel, and foster effective communication among stakeholders for seamless project flow.
Monitor project budgets, prepare reports on progress, costs, and potential risks to keep all parties informed.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects on-site.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling using QuickBase software to coordinate complex timelines effectively.
Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes.
Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards.
Supervisory experience managing diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of contracts management, change order procedures, and procurement processes related to heavy civil or pipeline projects.
Technical skills including use of tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing and an understanding of construction site safety equipment.
