What You’ll Be Doing -

Primary Role: Drain Technician

Run drain cleaning service calls (snaking, clearing, diagnosing issues)
Deliver a top-tier customer experience in high-end homes
Identify plumbing issues and help connect customers with repair solutions
Represent our company professionally—clean, respectful, and trustworthy

Secondary Role: Shop & Operations Support

Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
Manage returns and materials organization
Be the go-to person for keeping things dialed in behind the scenes

Team Support

Assist plumbers in the field when needed
Be a reliable extra set of hands on jobs

Growth Opportunity

For the right person, this role can evolve into a plumbing apprenticeship
Clear pathway toward becoming a licensed plumber if that’s your goal

Clean-cut, professional appearance (we work in high-end homes)
Strong people skills—you genuinely enjoy helping customers
Team player mindset (we keep things positive and drama-free)
Self-motivated and takes pride in doing things the right way
Comfortable switching between different types of work
Mechanical aptitude or prior experience is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
