Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with hands-on experience in installing furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship in residential and/or commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, replace, and commission HVAC systems, including furnaces and central air conditioning units
Design, fabricate, and install ductwork systems according to project specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications
Ensure all installations meet local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics after installation
Collaborate with team members, project managers, and customers to ensure project success
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients on-site

Qualifications:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience (furnaces, AC systems, ductwork required)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, airflow principles, and installation techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
EPA Certification (preferred or required depending on role)
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sheet metal fabrication
Knowledge of energy-efficient and modern HVAC systems
Familiarity with smart thermostats and control systems
