Duties

Safely operate crane equipped with hydraulic cranes to lift, move, and position scrap materials and equipment.
Coordinate with managers and team members
Conduct pre-operation inspections of crane .
Maintain detailed logs of daily operations, inspections, and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Follow all safety protocols related to are scrap yard operations and heavy equipment handling.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating crane within a construction environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including cranes, loaders, backhoes,
Hands-on experience working on construction sites with familiarity in various types of heavy machinery operation.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to crane operation and general construction practices.
Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
