Job Overview
The Mechanical Sheet Metal Foreman role is a key leadership position responsible for guiding the project team to ensure the successful completion of some of the most challenging commercial, medical, and industrial projects in the industry. This role is critical in delivering projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and evaluate field project team members.
Plan, organize, and direct the execution of complex commercial, medical, and industrial projects.
Experienced in running ductwork, setting equipment, setting up, doing material take offs, coordinating with other trades, and handling punch list items
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and other trades.
Collaborate with other trades and the general contractor to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and comply with mechanical codes.
Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project deadlines.
Uphold industry standards for quality, safety, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Experienced field foreman with a minimum of 5-10 years managing crews on large-scale commercial construction.
Extensive knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
Basic computer and writing skills.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in construction management with a focus on sheet metal or HVAC systems
Extensive construction site experience with hands-on knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
Familiarity with construction safety protocols including OSHA regulations and use of safety equipment like ohmmeters for electrical testing
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
