Precast Concrete Form Fabricator - Welder/Carpenter

This role combines skilled welding, carpentry, and fabrication work to produce durable, precise forms that meet rigorous industry standards. You will work on-site in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to ensure each form is crafted efficiently and accurately, contributing to the successful completion of high quality precast concrete pieces.

Fabricate, assemble, and install precast concrete forms using welding techniques and carpentry skills
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate form construction
Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively
Install rebar reinforcement within forms according to specifications for structural integrity
Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, sealing, caulking, and trim carpentry to achieve high-quality surfaces
Conduct heavy lifting and material handling
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in welding and carpentry techniques
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for precise fabrication
Skilled in rebar installation & concrete forming
Willing to work hard and work well with others

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
