Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

You would play a key role in the leadership and management though out construction and remodeling of multiple custom homes and accessory structures.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee operations on multiple projects to ensure they complete on time, and of a high quality. As a key leader you will coordinate with designers, architects, material supplies, subcontractors, other NCS team members, to manage schedules, create clear communications, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your expertise in construction management will drive project success from groundbreaking to final inspection.

Duties

Ability to Manage, Orginize, Documant and Communicate Multiple Projects
Assist with creation of estimates and budgets for projects
Cordinate and Manage with NCS team memebers the creation and documantion of projects within our construction managment software
Coordinate with NCS team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design intent and compliance with building codes
Manage project schedules using construction management software adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines
Maintain detailed records of daily activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project documentation
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues promptly to maintain high standards
Coordinate and approve with sales teams and field supervisors on budgeting processes, tracking of costs, and manage resource allocation
Assist with supervising and training efforts by managing teams of tradespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in residential construction supervision and or leadership for custom homes and remodels or a transferable field
Proven management experience supervising teams of tradespeople and subcontractors effectively
Strong familiarity and comfortability interacting with construction management software and Microsoft office software
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with attention to detail
Strong communication and orginizational skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders and maintaining clear documentation

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
