What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to sales growth
Prepare accurate project estimates and clearly communicate details to clients
Manage projects from initial consultation through completion
Follow up on proposals and ensure a seamless customer experience
Monitor customer satisfaction and uphold high service standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage goals and priorities effectively
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
