We are growing quickly and looking for a licensed electrician who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

Position Overview

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a lead electrician who can manage projects independently, interact with customers professionally, and lead apprentices in the field.

You will be responsible for quoting, planning, and executing electrical jobs while maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Quote and sell electrical jobs (service, install, and small projects)
Layout and plan jobs from start to finish
Order materials and manage job cost efficiency
Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades to code
Lead and train apprentices on-site
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Qualifications

Active Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred)
Strong experience in residential and light commercial work
Ability to quote jobs confidently and accurately
Proven leadership experience managing helpers/apprentices
Solid understanding of NEC and local codes
Clean driving record
Strong work ethic and professionalism
