PBCI-Allen Mechanical & Electrical is seeking an experienced Lead Light Commercial Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. This is a leadership role for someone who can take charge of installations in the field, manage jobs efficiently, and set the standard for quality workmanship.

Position Overview
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing plumbing installations on light commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards. This role requires strong technical ability, leadership, and jobsite organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform installation of light commercial plumbing systems
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts
Plan and coordinate jobsite activities, materials, and manpower
Install piping systems, fixtures, and equipment
Ensure all work meets code requirements and company standards
Troubleshoot installation challenges and adjust as needed in the field
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Communicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and customers
Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices
Track job progress and report updates as required

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in plumbing installation (light commercial preferred)
Proven ability to lead jobs and crews in the field
Ability to read blueprints and execute layouts independently
Solid understanding of plumbing codes and best practices prefered
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication and leadership skills
Clean driving record
