Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent workmanship. This role involves performing various tasks that require physical labor and technical skills, contributing to the successful completion of projects in a timely manner.

Duties

Lead a team to install cabinets, trim, railings and other finishes
Occassional overnight travel (company paid) as needed
Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and systems.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
Load and unload materials as needed for various projects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Experience

10+ years of experience in cabinetry, railings, trim, etc.
Solid knowledge of both new construction and rehabs
Ability to read and follow blueprints
Solid knowledge of construction codes and permits
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
