We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our construction team. In this role, you will be working on a wide variety of projects from decks, fences, outdoor kitchens, framing and trim carpentry ensuring each project meets safety standards, quality expectations, and deadlines. Duties

Roofing, siding, framing and trim carpentry.
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction workflows
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, woodwork, and metal stud framing to meet project specifications
Oversee or participate in remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks including roofing, siding, and woodworking.
Collaborate with project managers to plan daily activities, manage materials, and ensure safety protocols are followed
Perform heavy lifting as needed while maintaining proper safety procedures at all times

Skills

Proficiency in roofing, siding, framing and trim carpentry and restoration projects
Heavy equipment operation for construction tasks
Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Expertise in framing carpentry—including woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing—and drywall installation
Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, use of hand tools & power tools, scaffolding & fall protection
Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods on-site
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with other tradespeople and supervisors
