The Advanced Fabricator is a highly skilled position responsible for independently fabricating, assembling, and modifying complex metal components and structures. This role requires advanced knowledge of fabrication techniques, blueprint interpretation, and welding processes, along with the ability to lead projects and support less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble complex components and structures from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Perform advanced welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) on a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols with minimal supervision
Measure, cut, fit, and align materials with a high degree of accuracy
Inspect work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and recommend process improvements
Lead or assist with complex projects and ensure timelines are met
Train and mentor entry-level welders and fabricators
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety policies and enforce proper use of PPE

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
