Job Description:

As Project Manager you’ll support our expanding commercial clientele with end to end HVAC projects in California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with senior engineers and advance your career in HVAC Construction. This role reports directly to the president of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing comprehensive project plans, defining the scope, and creating detailed timelines for project phases.

Manage Multiple commercial HVAC projects overseeing manpower, scheduling, vendors and suppliers, budget and stakeholders.

Directing onsite teams, including superintendents and contractors.

Procuring materials, hiring subcontractors, and coordinating equipment and personnel to ensure efficient workflows.

Monitoring construction quality to ensure work meets project plans and specifications.

Addressing unforeseen site emergencies and technical issues quickly.

Ensure safety protocols and a clean and organized work environment is maintained.

Experience with managing commercial HVAC projects is a must.
Communicate effectively with clients and and staff to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC PM.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English fluently..
Strong mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
