Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction, remodeling, and renovation projects using hand tools and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of pipes, fixtures, and mechanical components.
Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks with attention to safety standards and quality assurance.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
Utilize heavy lifting techniques and construction site experience to handle materials safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and integrate plumbing systems seamlessly.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields such as remodeling or handyman work.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components, schematics reading, HVAC systems familiarity is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation or repairs.
Construction site experience with an understanding of safety protocols and building codes.
Strong communication skills for reading blueprints/schematics and collaborating with team members.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
