Now Hiring: Lead HVAC Installer

Next Generation Air & Heat Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

We are a growing HVAC company serving Brevard County, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in clean work, proper installs, and leading by example.

Position: Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Melbourne / Palm Bay / Brevard County area
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule: Full-time

What we are looking for:

We need a dependable lead installer who can run residential HVAC installation jobs from start to finish. This person must be able to lead a helper or crew, communicate clearly with the office and customers, and make sure every install is completed the right way.

Responsibilities include:

Lead residential HVAC changeouts and installations
Set equipment properly and follow manufacturer installation standards
Install air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, ductwork, drain lines, line sets, thermostats, and accessories
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate with customers professionally
Complete job documentation and photos
Work with the install coordinator and management to make sure jobs are completed correctly and on schedule
Help train and guide installers/helpers when needed

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Must have strong residential install knowledge
Must be able to run a job without constant supervision
Valid driver’s license
Clean, professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable and show up ready to work
Must take pride in quality workmanship
