Responsibilities

Install and configure audio visual equipment, including speakers, displays, projectors, and control systems in residential settings.
Run cabling and wiring for low voltage systems, ensuring neatness and compliance with electrical standards.
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute installations.
Troubleshoot software issues related to smart home automation platforms and AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance on installed systems to guarantee longevity and reliable operation.
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to mount hardware securely and make precise adjustments.
Program integrated systems.
Collaborate with clients and team members during field service visits to address technical needs promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) principles and low voltage wiring.
Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately.
Proficiency in using hand tools for installation tasks such as cutting, stripping, mounting, and securing cables or hardware.
Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience to handle diverse installation challenges.
Familiarity with smart home automation platforms, AV equipment integration, and troubleshooting software issues.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
