This position is for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician — we'll send you to school.

Who We Are Over The Moon is a fast-growing residential HVAC and electrical team in Waukesha. We're investing in the next generation of technicians — we pay for your training while you earn.

What You'll Be Doing

Start with paid ride-alongs and shadowing our senior service technicians
Attend paid HVAC training school in your first 2–3 weeks of employment (required — you must be available)
Learn diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and customer service from techs who do it every day
Progress from helper to running your own service calls as you gain experience
Earn certifications along the way — EPA 608, manufacturer schools, NATE if you go for it

We have a rigorous hiring process, but we move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days. We respond to 100% of applicants.

What We're Looking For

No HVAC experience required — we'll teach you
Must be available to attend paid HVAC training school in your first 2–3 weeks of employment (non-negotiable)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Mechanically inclined — comfortable with tools and problem-solving
Strong work ethic and a learning mindset
Customer-friendly — you'll be in people's homes
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
