Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial and residential construction sites. As a key team member, you will oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Duties

Lead and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on construction sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing systems in line with project plans
Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble, install, and repair plumbing components
Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor, and time requirements to support project planning
Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for pipe installation, remodeling projects, or site adjustments
Collaborate with construction teams including carpenters, HVAC specialists, and general contractors to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections conducted, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Master Plumber with extensive construction site experience in commercial or residential projects
Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, HVAC integration, and pipe threading techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting safely and effectively
Knowledge of construction estimating processes including material procurement and labor planning
Valid master plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations; valid driver’s license preferred for site travel
Excellent problem-solving skills combined
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $74,019.61 - $89,141.89 per year
