Nashville & Middle Tennessee’s polished concrete specialists, is looking for people with experience polishing concrete specifically, and also those familiar with flooring, including Epoxy/Resinous systems. We are looking for folks who take pride in their work, want to develop their skills, and advance within a growing company. Integrity, reliability, and consistent, quality work are what we seek. Compensation includes:

Stay within Middle Tennessee for almost all work. We travel rarely and only within the region!
$20-$28 per hour depending on experience
Salaried positions available to those with extensive experience who can make an impact on day 1.

Responsibilities:

Be reliable and committed.
Be Customer service oriented with a can-do attitude.
Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
Using equipment and materials safely and correctly
Perform quality work on time and within budget
Track time accurately

Qualifications:

Concrete polishing, epoxy /urethane flooring, preferred.
Ability to work overnights, weekends & holidays occasionally.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
