Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician/Installer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and servicing HVAC systems, with a strong focus on mini-splits and FIT systems. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment.
Install Daikin mini split and FIT systems.
Occasionally install and service boilers and furnaces as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and installation instructions.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local codes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician/installer, with a focus on mini-splits preferred.
Knowledge of inverter systems, boilers, and furnaces is a plus.
D2 license required; S2 license preferred.
EPA certification required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
