Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Millwright/Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise in welding, mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical components, machine rigging, running gas and air piping and industrial maintenance will ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Install, align, and assemble machinery using schematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments
Perform welding tasks including welding techniques to repair or fabricate metal components
Conduct machine moves, run air, gas and water piping using a pipe threader.
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and parts inventory
Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, deck crane and other industrial machinery safely while adhering to OSHA standards
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control system diagrams for complex machinery repairs
Support field service activities by providing technical assistance on-site or remotely as needed
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols related to hydraulics and industrial mechanics Requirements.
Proven experience as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic within a manufacturing facility or similar environment
Strong welding skills with expertise in mig, tig and stick welding techniques; certification preferred.
Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing mechanical or electrical problems quickly and accurately
Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; certification preferred
Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English; military experience is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
