The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day project coordination, communication, documentation, scheduling, subcontractors, and field progress.

This role is ideal for someone who understands NYC residential renovation work, can communicate professionally with clients and design teams, and is comfortable being on-site, solving problems, following up, and keeping projects moving.

We are not looking for someone who only works from behind a desk. We need someone who can be in the field, understand construction details, coordinate trades, manage paperwork, and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate high-end residential renovation projects in NYC.

Serve as the main point of communication between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal team.

Create and maintain project schedules, look-ahead schedules, and task lists.

Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, deliveries, inspections, shop drawings, approvals, and long-lead items.

Review drawings, scopes of work, proposals, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

Track project progress, open items, punch lists, and deadlines.

Assist with building management requirements, alteration agreements, COIs, DOB-related coordination, permits, and project paperwork.

Identify problems early and communicate solutions clearly.

Attend site meetings and provide meeting notes, updates, and follow-ups.

Help maintain project budgets by tracking change orders, labor, material purchases, and subcontractor work.

Ensure quality control and maintain Marpro’s high standards.

Pay: $84,383.52 - $101,623.16 per year
