We are actively searching for an experienced concrete Polisher and Epoxy/resinous flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing concrete, following all specs and job details. to ensure a high-quality finish, completing repairs of various concrete slab defects, joint sealing and installing epoxy flooring systems. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Operating floor grinder machines effectively to evenly match grinding, honing and polishing levels.
Operate vehicles, grinder/polishers, floor scrubbers, hand power tools, vacuums, and other industry-related equipment following safety procedures.
Installation of water and solvent-based materials such as epoxies, joint fillers, overlays, sealers, stains, and densifiers.
Inventory chemical and tooling usage daily, as directed.
Engage in the quality control process.
Clean and store all equipment and tooling upon completion of jobs.
Ability to learn new maintenance techniques and processes.
Being able to adapt to unique situations day in and day out.
