What You’ll Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

Versatile “Jack-of-All-Trades” expertise, including:

Finish carpentry

Flooring installation (wood, laminate, vinyl, carpet)

Drywall patching & finishing

Painting

Cabinet installation

Countertops

Tile work

Self-motivated, with strong initiative and follow-through

Ability to work independently or integrate with a high-performing team

Commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship across a wide range of finishes

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Ability to maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites

Skilled at matching existing finishes for seamless results

Professional appearance that represents the Summit standard

Clean driving record (you’ll be driving company trucks and trailers)

Willing to complete a background check
