Job Summary:

Seeking an individual with a desire to learn and grow with an established team. Basic troubleshooting is required. We work on all types of residential HVAC and hot water heating systems. Communication skills a must. We are constantly training as a Team and individually in order to provide the best service possible. Technicians are expected to provide a high level of service to our valued clients. Our built in support staff will provide you with the tools required to ensure a consistent and professional diagnostic evaluation and present ALL options available to our clients. We pride ourselves on being thorough and comprehensive.

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and thermal issues using schematics, meters, and diagnostic tools; communicate findings and recommended repairs to customers.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups; replace filters, belts, refrigerant charges, and worn components as needed.
Manage on-site tasks safely, adhere to building codes, and coordinate with property owners or managers; operate service van and maintain parts inventory.
Document service actions, provide clear customer explanations, and follow up on outstanding issues or warranty considerations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.45 - $35.00 per hour
