We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to own the carpentry side of our remodeling projects from start to finish.

What you'll do

Lead the carpentry work on each project, including pre-planning, drafting, material ordering, construction, and finish phases (demolition and plumbing are handled by separate crews)
Read and interpret building plans, sketches, and blueprints to understand project requirements
Build door and window frames, stairways, rafters, and partitions
Calculate, shape, cut, and smooth materials with precision
Complete finish-carpentry work to the highest standard of detail and quality
Determine appropriate materials and supplies for each project
Keep the job site organized, clean, and safe for the whole team
Communicate regularly with Project Managers on timelines and task progress

What we're looking for

3+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience
Strong measuring and math skills
In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
Excellent hand dexterity and the physical stamina the work requires
A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
Valid driver's license
