We’ve got more projects than we can handle, and we’re looking for a skilled carpenter who knows their way around a shop and wants to be part of a tight, high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Building and installing high-end custom cabinetry and finish carpentry projects

● Reading and executing plans, drawings, and specifications accurately

● Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

● Managing projects or sections of builds from start to finish

● Collaborating with the team to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality

● Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace

● Troubleshooting issues on the fly and finding solutions (not problems)

Requirements

● 2+ years of carpentry, cabinetry, or finish work experience preferred

● Strong understanding of tools, materials, and woodworking techniques

● Ability to read plans and execute with precision

● Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day

● Reliable transportation to/from our shop in Newburyport

● Valid Driver’s License (Required)

● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
