Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plumber at the Journey Man or Master level to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment across various construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately.
Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure leak-proof connections.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to coordinate project tasks.
Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to move materials and components on-site.
Follow safety protocols rigorously while working at heights or in confined spaces; handle basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
Assist with remodeling projects by installing fixtures, piping systems, and related mechanical components.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Skills

Extensive experience with construction plumbing techniques and installation processes.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems.
Mechanical knowledge of piping systems, HVAC integration, and schematic interpretation.
Skilled in pipe threading, welding, assembly, and use of hand tools and power tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout demanding workdays.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols; experience working on commercial or remodeling projects preferred.
Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials or equipment.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
