Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Mechanic specializing in HVAC installation to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across various properties, contributing to comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. As a leader on the field, you will coordinate with team members, interpret schematics and technical drawings, and uphold high standards of quality and safety in every project.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC installation projects, ensuring adherence to schematics, design specifications, and safety protocols.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC design documents to accurately install systems.
Maintain detailed records and logs for all installation work performed; ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a technician or mechanic with a focus on HVAC/R systems; prior experience leading teams is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design documents accurately.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Universal EPA Certification required

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, year round, position; Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30pm
$40.00 per hour
