Overview
We are seeking experienced RMD (Regulated Metal Deposition) Welders to support ongoing industrial and power‑generation work in Harriman TN. This position involves high‑skill welding on carbon and stainless steel piping systems in an active power facility. Candidates must be safety‑driven, reliable, and capable of producing consistent, code‑quality welds. PER-DIEM avaliable $100 a day if your over 50 miles from job $50 for under 50 miles incentive of $2 dollars more if a certified Welder or $4 dollars over if your an XRAY Welder

Duties

Perform RMD/GMAW‑R, GTAW, and SMAW welding on pipe and structural components
Fit, prep, and weld carbon steel and stainless steel to project specifications
Read and interpret isometric drawings, weld maps, and blueprints
Work within tight tolerances and maintain high weld quality with minimal rework
Follow all site‑specific, and contractor safety procedures
Participate in daily safety meetings, JHAs, and permit processes
Collaborate with foremen, pipefitters, and QA/QC inspectors
Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper care of tools and welding equipment
Support outage, maintenance, and capital project work as required

Requirements

5+ years of industrial or power‑plant welding experience
Proficiency with RMD/GMAW‑R process on pipe
Ability to pass a 6G weld test (carbon steel; stainless preferred)
Strong understanding of weld procedures, heat control, and filler metals
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in hot/cold environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $36.16 - $48.68 per hour
