We are looking for a carpenter with the below skills:

You must know: level, plumb, grade; how to read a tape measure, utilize a laser level, chalk lines, drill holes, and fasten wood together with screws.

Your tools: You must come with your own tool belt equipped with a non-waffle framing hammer, tape measure, wire tie pliers, speed square, and pencils. We have power tools for cutting wood, drilling in concrete, and tying rebar.

If you don't have these basic tools and know how to use them, this job will not be a good fit for you. We are looking for an individual that has at least a few years of experience, preferably building symons concrete forms.

We work Monday through Friday from sun up till 5pm or a good stopping point in the day’s construction. We average 40 to 50 hours a week, some weeks more. Once we start work we work until lunch for a 30 min break then back to it. You must be able to lift a ¾” piece of plywood and carry it across a jobsite by yourself.

You must have reliable transportation to get to work and be able to show up on time every day (if this is an issue for you, do not apply, we do not tolerate tardiness). We rely on each other as a team and if you’re not there you’re letting the team down. Showing up on time, staying engaged in the work, and enjoying the build is everything with this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
