In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will help ensure optimal performance and safety of HVAC equipment across various properties. Responsibilities

Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components following schematics and HVAC design plans.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance systems to ensure peak operation.
Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to accurately assemble and troubleshoot equipment.
Perform system inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and welders to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
Collaborate with property maintenance teams and service technicians to coordinate field service activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components such as pumps, valves, motors, or compressors in HVAC/R systems.
Drive a vehicle safely to various job sites while maintaining proper documentation of work performed.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or service technician roles involving HVAC installation or maintenance.
Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration if applicable.
Knowledge of plumbing systems and appliance repair is highly desirable.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in welding, boiler operation, or equipment repair is a plus.
Ability to read technical diagrams and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating vehicles preferred.
Familiarity with field service procedures for property maintenance or appliance repair roles.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
